First contacted to tender for this project by the main contractor Garrivan & O'Rourke in 2008, this particular job was worth approximately €700,000.
It involved the external cladding of a large office building, whereby 40mm thick granite sections were hung externally onto a masonry substrate using stainless steel support brackets, clips and fastenings.
Internally, a canteen to service approximately 700 people and a feature foyer involved the sourcing of very particular stone products from across the globe. Around the circumference of the building, parapet wall copings as well as balcony copings were provided to create an impressive boundary wall feature.
